Age

You must be 18 years old or older to register as a member. If you subscribe and become a member, you hereby confirm you are not registered as a sex offender with any government agency.

Membership

Subscription is free of charge, if you want to be a verified member we charge 0,99 dollar so we can verify you by creditcard records. Free membership (or verified member which costs 0,99 dollar) will only give you limited access to our website. If you want to use all services, you are required to become a paying subscriber. Fees of different memberships are located on our website and can be subject to change, if so this will be communicated to you by email or will be posted on the website.
Depending on your choice of membership, we automatically renew your membership after the initial signup period has expired. Your membership will be automatically renewed, until termination of your membership. Terminating your membership can be done on the website.
By becoming a member on our website, you authorize Date the Doctor to charge those fees on a recurring basis in accordance with your subscription plan.

Should you wish to cancel your membership/automatic renewal, we require a minimum of 7 calendar days notification before the renewal date.

Date the Doctor wants to offer you a decent website, therefore it is not allowed to use strange or vulgar nicknames. We verify every application, we will not verify your application if you use any vulgar or offending names.

Credits

On our website you can purchase credits for extra services. Once purchased, we do not give refunds. However, we will consider each request and determine if it is a legitimate and reasonable request.

Date the Doctor wants to offer you a website that facilitates communication between members. if you are looking for friendship of a relationship, we hope we can help you. Use of our services are at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for any bad things that might occur by using our website. Please behave like a responsible adult. We cannot be held responsible for any misbehavior by one of our members. Also we cannot guarantee you will find a nice relationship or friendship by using our website.
By verifying our health care professionals, we hope to minimize fake profiles. However, we cannot guarantee this will be 100% accurate of course. Members who are not health care professionals, will not be verified. Please keep this in mind if you use our website, we cannot be held responsible if you make contact with members who use fake profiles.

Termination of your account by administrators

 Termination of membership by us

We reserve the right to terminate your membership instantly, if you do not use our website in a respectful way. Membership fees that are already payed, will be refunded and you will not be able to become member again.
 
General information/refund

We ask for your understanding in any circumstances that our services cannot be used. If you are not able to use our services for 72 hours, we will refund your membership in a reasonable way. However, if there are circumstances we have no control over, no refunds will be made.   

 
Arbitration and Governing law

We are located in Europe, therefore we are bound by European law. Any dispute that might arise, European law will apply.
